For more than 30 years, Detroit Loft Living has provided tenants with spacious luxury lofts in Hamtramck, one of Detroit’s most unique neighborhoods. Many of our buildings are former commercial or industrial structures with distinct character and we proudly preserve that character when renovating our spaces to fit modern needs. Our large, well-appointed lofts range in size from 1,200 sq.ft. to 4,200 sq.ft. and each space is carefully remodeled to ensure that we can guarantee our tenants quality and luxury at a competitive price point.

Our lofts offer a range of flexible, open floor plans and modern amenities. All of our lofts feature high ceilings, original hardwood floors and the benefit of abundant natural light thanks to large windows. Many spaces include skylights as well. Kitchens and bathrooms have been updated with modern fixtures and appliances. Our loft spaces also feature high efficiency heating and cooling systems and LED lighting, so that tenants can enjoy reduced energy costs.
